Branded Gift Boxes

branded packaging Our speciality is custom made gift boxes that can be branded in a wide variety of ways, some of these include adding windows to the lids, combining different colours and textures of paper, making a flip top lid box instead of a standard base and lid. On the smaller sized boxes we can do full colour digital branding on the boxes, we are able to add inserts, velvet, foiled branding and alot of other options.

When choosing custom size and custom modifications to boxes the minimum order qty is always 100 boxes per size and colour.

Our custom branded gift boxes are very popular to use for retail products such as software that needs a sturdy yet presentable box. These boxes are normally made from a base with a detachable lid, and is typically branded on the lid. Sometimes these boxes are extra special and we do gloss or matt lamination, foiling or additional litho printing on them. The small orders for lid only branding (limited to specific sizes) is 50 units.

Custom Branded Gift Boxes - Flip top Lids

Flip top boxes is a very popular variation from the normal base and lid type of gift box, but the paper to make these boxes are a bit more limited than our full standard range. We are not able to do flip top gift boxes in our MATT paper range, or any other paper that has a weight of less than 100gsm. There are three ways we can do a flip top lid for you.

Foiling Branded Gift Boxes

All our gift boxes can be personalised with your own unique design / brand but as always, this is subject to th (subject to the size and position required.

A very popular way of branding your gift boxes is using a foiling block - this block is made from a flat metal sheet, and it is etched with the pattern you wish to foil onto your gift box. (When supplying the artwork to us it must be a flat spot colour black and white image, no grayscaling).

At Packaging Source we use a hot stamping process for foiling our gift boxes, and to ensure the best quality, we prefer the foling block to be no larger than a 560 x 60mm wide block. We have a nice range of metalic foil paper that is used to foil onto the paper of the gift box. These colours includes about 3 varieties of silver, gold, bronze, gunmetal grey, blue (royal, navy and sky blue), cerise pink, and violet purple. The foiling colour can unfortunately not be coloured to specification but there is usually a colour that suits everyone.
